These terms apply to the Pilepop app and pilepop.com, provided by Zargham Labs LLC (Montana, USA). By using Pilepop you agree to them.
1. The game
Pilepop is a puzzle game. Levels, rewards and features may change over time. Your progress is stored on your device; if you delete the app or its data, progress that is not tied to a purchase cannot be recovered.
2. Coins and purchases
- Coins are a virtual in-game item with no cash value. They can be used only inside Pilepop and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded for money.
- In-app purchases are sold through Google Play at the price shown in the app before you buy. Every pack lists exactly what you get; there are no random or loot-box items.
- “Remove forced ads” turns off ads that play on their own. Optional reward videos stay available if you choose to watch them. You can restore it on the same Google account with Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies. If a purchase is refunded, what it granted may be removed.
3. Ads
The free version shows ads as described in our privacy policy. Rewards from optional videos are granted only when the video is completed.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t cheat, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or interfere with its ads, purchases or servers.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zargham Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pilepop in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
6. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
