Pilepop has no accounts. Your progress is stored on your phone, and our server only keeps anonymous stats linked to a random player ID created on your phone.

Delete everything from the app

Open Pilepop → Settings → Delete my data → Delete everything. This erases the data on your phone and immediately deletes the stats linked to your player ID from our server. You’ll see a request number as confirmation.

Already uninstalled?

Uninstalling removes everything on your phone. To also remove server stats, email [email protected]. Because we hold no name or email, tell us roughly when you played and your phone model so we can find the record; we reply within 30 days. Records that are no longer used are removed automatically under our retention rules.

Advertising data

Ads are served by Google AdMob using your device’s advertising ID. To stop personalised ads or delete the ID: Android Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID. To change consent in the app: Settings → Privacy options.

Purchases

Purchase records are held by Google Play under your Google account. See Google’s purchase history help.
